Top Notch Productions Ltd is incorporated in England carrying on a sports games business including Match5Live, an online multi-sports game, and we are committed to protecting any data that we collect. We are ICO registered. By using our services you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used to enable you to play and benefit from Match5Live.

We may use your email address to send you information about Match5Live. You can opt out of this arrangement at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time. To opt out please e-mail info@match5live.co.uk with the Subject heading "e-mail opt-out ".

To other companies within our group.
If we divest our business.

By registering with the website a User warrants not to have a previous and/or pending criminal conviction or have or have had a restraining order made against the User by the courts of any jurisdiction. 

Users acknowledge that Match5 undertakes no screening of its Users and therefore a User shall take all appropriate precautions when making contact with other Users of the website.

We collect the minimum amount of information about Users that is commensurate with providing them with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this Website gives us the right to collect that information.

The Owner of the Website is committed to protecting the privacy of Users and the confidentiality of the information provided to it by Users using the Website. 

Data included in a User’s  profile are available to other users of the Website (www.match5live.co.uk). If   a message is sent through our service, the personal data contained within that message will be shared with the recipient of that message. Certain data is shown by default on a player profile page to other Users including but not limited to name, nationality, city and country of residence. All personal contact data (email address and postal address) that we process are kept confidential on a secure database. We will use personal data to provide services (including approving profiles and photographs, communicating with  Users regarding membership and responding to complaints, for administration and accounting, for marketing and to ensure that the Content and services that we offer are tailored to Users' needs and interests). 

We will store personal data for as long as a User remains registered and until a period has lapsed sufficient to undertake any administrative matters in relation to an account e.g. customer queries etc. Thereafter any storage or processing of personal data shall be done solely as permitted by law. In addition we will store such data where we reasonably consider that such storage is essential in the investigation and prevention of criminal activities and/or to protect the safety of our Users. 

The provision of personal data shall imply an agreement that we may store and process sensitive personal data (including without limitation, your email address and postal address) solely for the above mentioned purposes. Users also consent to the transferring of personal data to countries or jurisdictions that do not provide the same level of data protection as is provided in the United Kingdom provided however this is solely for the purposes as set forth herein. 

If personal data has been provided to us by a third party, it will have been confirmed that they are above the age of consent in the relevant jurisdiction and of the valid legal mental capacity to enable them to grant their consent for us to store and process their personal data including their sensitive personal data; and that you have notified them of our identity, contact details and the purposes for which we have stored or processed their personal data. 

We take appropriate measures to ensure that personal data is kept secure and is kept for only so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected. We only hold personal data about a User with the agreement of the User and we update this personal data within 14 working days of any new personal data being provided to us, to ensure that the personal data we hold is as accurate and up to date as possible. 

We may link to a variety of other sites and we may display advertisements from third parties on our site. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites and third party advertisers, or for the way in which information about their users is treated. In particular, unless expressly stated, we are not agents for these sites or advertisers, nor are we authorised to make representations on their behalf. 

For quality control and training purposes, we may monitor or record communications with Users.

It accepts no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them.

We may collect any or all of the information given to us by Users depending on the type of transaction entered into, including name, address, telephone number and email address, together with data about  use of the Website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the Website.

Data in relation to credit card payments is processed on a secure website linked to ours and they have their own privacy policy.

We use the information collected primarily to process the task for which the Website has been visited. Data collected in the UK is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this information. This safeguard may require additional forms of identity should a User wish to obtain information about their account details.

We do not disclose any personal information obtained about from this website to third parties except when we need to do so in order to complete a transaction.
